ONLINE CALENDAR – Options and Costs 2025


 

1. Online Inclusion Calendar  – £595

This is an online calendar which we produce annually and will include your own logo.  Logo should be supplied in AI or EPS format or if these are unavailable, a good quality JPEG or PDF.  We source all monthly images, cover and content.  This resource helps to promote your organisation’s commitment to equality, inclusion and diversity every day.  Organisations host The Inclusion Calendar on their website or intranet so that all staff and users have unlimited and free access at any time.  Benefits include promoting important daily information on religious dates, holidays, health & well-being dates and festivals for managers, staff and users, ensures everyone has immediate access at work and home, encourages self-learning and personal development, increases credibility within the community and supports your diversity, cultural and equality training initiatives.

Please note that the standard online Inclusion calendar will be designed and produced as an accessible PDF document meaning it can be used/accessed by everyone including people with disabilities or vision impairment.  It makes it easier for people with disabilities to access the calendar with the aid of assistive technology software and devices like screen magnifiers, screen readers, speech-recognition software, text-to-speech software, alternative input devices and refreshable Braille displays.

 


 

2. Bespoke Inclusion calendar – DESIGNED – £1,395 

This allows you maximum flexibility. This includes 12 monthly images of your own choice along with your own cover page.  Your logo will also be on the front cover.  With the DESIGNED Calendar you can also add your own dates to any of the months, change the graphics and text on the date pages, create or insert additional pages, add a new back cover, etc.  Companies sometimes add pages to promote specific events, products or services.  Other organisations highlight their success in the area of equality and diversity with e.g. a statement from the Chief Executive, Chancellor, case studies, Showcasing key staff, success stories, etc

3. Bespoke Inclusion calendar – PLUS – £895 

This includes 12 monthly images of your own choice along with your own cover page.  Your logo will also be on the front cover.  The new images from you should all be in landscape format and hi-res (around 1MB or larger).  Logo should be supplied in AI or EPS format or if these are unavailable, a good quality JPEG or PDF.

ACCESSIBLE PDF option 

Since 2022 we have included the option for your bespoke online Inclusion calendars to be designed and produced as an accessible PDF document.  This means your calendar can be used/accessed by everyone including people with disabilities or vision impairment.  It makes it easier for people with disabilities to access the inclusion calendar with the aid of assistive technology software and devices like screen magnifiers, screen readers, speech-recognition software, text-to-speech software, alternative input devices and refreshable Braille displays. Please note however that alternative text must be supplied for each of your own images included in the calendar, but full support, guidance and assistance will be available.

 

 


 

4. Outlook Inclusion Calendar  – £395  

With the Outlook Inclusion Calendar™ all of your staff can keep track of key dates in 2025 – including religious days, festivals, holidays and important diversity dates. The Outlook Inclusion Calendar™ will help to ensure that your staff don’t miss any important celebrations in 2025 or plan events when parts of the workforce cannot participate fully.  The Outlook Inclusion Calendar™ is fully editable – which means you can add your organization dates – such as work events, training courses, meetings, holidays or project schedules. It is highly accessible as it works great on laptops, smartphones and tablets. 

5. Outlook Inclusion Calendar (Bespoke) – £595  

Organizations can include specific dates in their bespoke Outlook inclusion calendar to reflect their unique culture and priorities. These might include organizational milestones such as the company’s founding anniversary, and major achievements like product launches or awards. Training and development events, such as workshops on diversity and professional skills, onboarding sessions for new hires, and skill-building initiatives, can be scheduled throughout the year. Companies can also highlight corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, including volunteer days, sustainability initiatives, and fundraising events for charitable causes. Health and wellbeing can be promoted through campaigns focusing on mental health awareness, wellness workshops, employee assistance resources, flu shots, and regular health checks.

Diversity and inclusion-specific events might include regular Employee Resource Group (ERG) meetings or inclusion roundtables to discuss goals and gather feedback. For team bonding, organizations can plan team-building activities and social mixers. Operational and project-related dates, such as project deadlines, quarterly reviews, and budget planning, are also crucial for organizational alignment.


 

6. Inclusion Dates Package  – £395
